DPC/BTC offers community-based mental health and psychology services in West Virginia. All of their services including therapy, brain training, yoga and meditation are offered at their brick and mortar location. Enter a global health pandemic and the physical doors are locked indefinitely. A pivot was necessary to stay profitable and relevant.
Savvy Solutions, LLC presented at one of their initial online staff meetings with strategies and ideas. We worked with the owner, Dr. Kristi Dumas, to make an essential pivot. We reminded the client that their “virtual doors” were still open. The team discovered ways to “Heal the Community” which aligns with their health services. The plan that was created and implemented consisted of a series of communications, webinars, and a social media campaign. The followers grew tremendously.
The communications plan also led to a large amount of local news coverage on camera and print. DPC/BTC has become a recognized name in the community and an authority on mental health topics.
