Our conversation will be followed-up by an organizing evaluation sent to you via email. Once completed, return via email. Your evaluation will be reviewed and we will discuss our recommendations on our first call.
We recommend a minimum of three, one hour coaching sessions to achieve long-term results. Keep in mind in takes time to change a habit– but you will experience results and be motivated after the first call.
